Monique will lead the courses. She has been baking bread for many
years for family, friends, cottage guests and a local hotel. Monique
spent many former years working in commercial kitchens around the
world from traditional English country pubs, restaurants and hotels, to
an authentic Japanese restaurant, an Australian roadhouse and even a
traditional souvlaki restaurant in Greece.
This embedded her passion
for food and baking, particularly local regional food. She worked in
finance in the City of London for 16 years and also spent time living and
working in Germany sampling their fabulous breads but after her son
was born gave up commuting life and picked up on her passion for
baking and cooking.
